Originally from the southwest of France, I’ve called New York City home since 2006. I built my career in marketing within the wine and champagne industry, working with both family-owned estates and global brands.
In 2020, I helped advocate for the opening of the Dual Language French Pre-K program at the 76th Street Center, and I joined EFNY in September 2021 to continue supporting bilingual education in our community.
I’m a proud parent of three children and an equally proud PS 84 and Lafayette Academy family. I’m passionate about expanding access to high-quality French dual-language programs for all NYC families.

Born in New York and raised bilingual, French language and culture has always been a significant part of Stéphane’s life. Having attended bilingual schools in the New York area as a child, he knew that offering a similar opportunity to his daughters would be enriching for them. When his first daughter started school in 2018, he opened the first new EFNY program in many years, at PS 527. At the same time, seeing a community need, he worked to mobilize over 150 parents in partnership with the NYC Department of Education to establish a new French dual language program for elementary students and launch a bilingual Universal PreK program. As a member of EFNY’s Board of Directors, he is deeply committed to expanding bilingual French-English education and ensuring access to quality programs for all francophone families in New York. Professionally, Stéphane is a Georgetown University graduate with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and structured finance, having held leadership positions at Morgan Stanley and Natixis Securities Americas.
